Joel Frame | Lead Pastor
Joel and his wife Tracy moved to Nashville in 2014 with a desire to reach those who are often overlooked or marginalized in society. As a result, Joel founded The Battleground Urban Arts Center to reach at-risk teens through the medium of hip-hop. Joel now serves as the lead pastor at Hope Church, and loves pastoring the people of Hope Church and being a part of a community committed to seeing Nashville become more like heaven. Joel also is passionate about theology, recovery and, of course, his five daughters and son.
Cameo Godinho | Formation Pastor
Cameo and her husband Joey are originally from California and moved to Nashville with their four children in 2020. Cameo has served In many different roles Including being the founder and CEO of Nurturing Hope for the Nations--a Kenyan-based non-profit which exists to empower the youth of Kenya with education, nutrition, and the gospel, that they might live abundant lives to the glory of God and for the good of their nation and the world. Cameo is passionate about foster care, spiritual formation, and California burritos.
Mason Ingram | Operations Director
Mason serves as Operations Director at Hope Church, where he oversees the systems and rhythms that keep the church running well. He loves working inside the creative process, learning what makes it move, and building the kinds of systems that give creativity and inspiration room to flourish—approaching his role not just as keeping things organized, but as clearing the way for people to do meaningful, God-honoring work together. He and his wife, Nicole, moved to Nashville in 2020 after more than a decade in New York City, where Mason worked as a session musician. They've called Hope Church home since 2023 and are raising their two sons here.
Zach Bevill | Elder
Zach, his wife Marna Jane, and their two kids have been a part of Hope since 2019. Zach has lived in Nashville for more than twenty years and spent the majority of those years working in the music business. Currently, he serves as the Director of Communications & Engagement at Siloam Health, a nonprofit that provides affordable health care for immigrants with nowhere else to turn. Zach also serves as the chair of our elder team. He is passionate about practicing the presence of God, loving his family well, spending time outdoors, and all things baseball.
Wendy Jans | Elder
Wendy, her husband Eric, and their two kids have called Hope home since 2021. With a deep passion for both music and youth, Wendy serves as Hope’s Upper Room Youth Ministry Leader and as one of Hope’s Worship Leaders. Additionally, Wendy serves as Worship Minister for Emmaus, a weekly gathering where neighbors come for food, community, prayer, and worship. She homeschools her two amazing theater kids and, in 2026, released Tether my Heart, a musical project and scripture study that uses original songs to remember and understand God’s Word more deeply. Wendy is grateful for the messy, beautiful privilege of walking alongside people who love the Lord and continually remind her that God’s grace is always bigger.
Joey Godinho | Elder
Joey, his wife Cameo, and their four kids moved to Nashville from California (by way of Florida) several years ago. Joey is the Director of Restoration at People Loving Nashville where he works with people who are unhoused and helps provide pathways to healing and stability. This includes the founding of Paradeisos Coffee Company which provides employment opportunities for those with few other options. Joey is passionate about exploring the Bible, creating community, and enjoys slow Saturday mornings with a cup of coffee and his guitar.
